We work with our clients on a long term basis. This normally involves a monthly board meeting where we sit down with you and go through the various areas of your business. We can't tell you what to do, but we can provide guidance, structures, templates and experience to help you make those important decisions.

During this meeting we will provide input, and then send you minutes to document the meeting.

We're also on call to you, by phone or email, throughout the month if you have any urgent queries.

We help you grow your business and learn to manage, direct and, when selling your business, build it as an asset. You have your own management style and we don't change it. We learn to work with you, honoring the difference and working within it.
