We understand your requirements as an owner manager and we fit to different clients because of our varied experience. We have a flexible approach that works.

We work to the needs of your business, held to account by monthly meetings covering Finance/Accounts, Sales & Marketing, People, Process and Strategy. We're at your site for 2-3 hours to half a day each month. We build our recommendations and your company's changes through the minutes of the monthly meetings, not reports. We're not there to get you to implement - we help you implement. We can sit in on interviews, finance meetings, involve your junior management, mentor and coach you and other members of staff.

If we recognise a weakness in your company, we up our provision of that skill. You don't have to go through an expensive recruitment process to bridge that gap.
