He has spent over a decade in complex mergers & acquisitions, experience that he brings to business owners planning to sell their business and generating value for themselves and other stakeholders.
In the last 5 years Atreya has worked closely with founder owners managing technology or ICT businesses with revenues between £1m to £100m. He has helped guide these owners, CEOs and Managing Directors with objective critique of their business strategy, understanding broader international market trends in software and services impacting their businesses and ways to increase business valuation. He recently founded a healthcare technology venture focused on mental health. Along with other co-founders he is executing a plan to launch the product in multiple markets and resolutely focusing on customer acquisition and delivering an impeccable experience for users.
Atreya brings in-depth understanding of Technology, Telecom, Software and Services sectors. In addition, he has advised a range of national and multi-national Retail & eCommerce, Hospitality, Banks and Insurance clients, especially with their digital transformation initiatives.
